Dear Member,
Please refer the following points.
1) Sometimes, payment list has been marked to be completed , and then the lot of payments will be sent. ( Just like mass payouts).
2) I suggest you to check your payment processor TOS, Is it allowed in your country to accept payments?
3) Sometimes payment processor has some problems from server side ( Technical stuff) , so it results in delay of the payment.
4) Did you entered the correct payment details? for example : the correct email ID (spelling) associated with your payza account?
Moreover, if all of the above complies in positive manner , you will definitely get your payment shortly.
Have some patience.
Regards,
Cometcolour

If you requested a payout with Payza or Payeer but you deposited with Paypal, the amount of your cashout will be paid as a refund from Paypal |

In your case the payout has been converted as a Paypal refund, so no need to re-deposit.
